Our D S system consists of High-pressure Pumps, Valves, Pressure Transmitters and Gauges, Electrical Control Panels, equipped with VFD, PLC, HMI (Human Resource Interface ) and remote based SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) System.

High-pressure pumps pressurize the water as per requirement through Mist fog Generators, and floating particles of dust, from particular locations and surroundings can be suppressed. This D.S. System uses PLC and HMI to collect real-time data and upload the collected data to an online cloud server. The PLC stores data in real-time. You can remotely check the on-site situation of various equipment, through Computer/Laptop/Mobile, you can do real-time monitoring and control of applications through CC TV camera also. Imported “Rain-gun Dust Suppression System” works with the time-based principle set in PLC which is operated by Remote -SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) System.
